Robert Pease is the Vice President of Product Marketing at Salesfusion and has over 20 years of experience designing, building, and launching software products for both businesses and people.

Rick is currently Chief Technology Officer and cofounder with CEO Mike Marian of Synapp.io, an Atlanta-based startup focused on email deliverability and list compliance. Founded in January 2013, Synapp.io grew from its two cofounders to 10 employees and $1M in annualized revenues in one year, helped in no small part by Flashpoint at Georgia Tech, a “startup studio” helping startups find product-market fit. Synapp.io was also named the “Unsexiest Startup” by 500 Startups at their Unsexy Conference and was featured in Inc magazine.

Prior to founding Synapp.io, Rick worked in a variety of technology companies from large enterprises like IBM and Lucent to startups like Atlanta-based retail analytics firm Predictix. Most recently, Rick was a senior software developer at SourceForge, a pioneer in the open source software project hosting space. There, he helped lead the design of SourceForge’s next-generation project hosting platform Allura.

While at SourceForge, Rick was inducted into the Python Software Foundation and the Masters of MongoDB for his involvement in the Python and MongoDB communities, respectively. He is also the author of the O’Reilly publishing titles MongoDB Applied Design Patterns and Essential SQLAlchemy. He is a frequent speaker at MongoDB events and the Python Atlanta user group.

Rick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Eckerd College and both a Bachelor’s of Computer Engineering and Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech. Rick lives in the Metro Atlanta area with his wife Nancy, son Matthew, and daughter Anna.

She has expertise in mergers & acquisition, strategic planning & consulting and tech start-ups.

Prior to InfrasoftTech, she served in leadership positions with Microsoft and ICICI. She also has experience in creating, marketing and growing Software Products and Consulting Services businesses in various parts of the globe – North Americas, Asia Pacific, South Africa and UK. She has participated in many panel discussions, seminars and webinar on Business and technology challenges.

Ernie Riddle serves as the President of EnablePath with overall responsibility for the company’s growth and success. He has had extensive experience leading the growth of both public and private companies and has twelve years of consulting experience helping companies through major growth, technology and transformational initiatives. His experience includes leadership positions, board positions and consulting assignments in both domestic and global companies.

Riddle previously held key leadership positions with several firms: serving as Co-Founder/President/CEO of Astadia, Inc., a cloud computing/SaaS consulting and systems integration company; President and COO of Norrell Services, Inc., a $1.6B outsourcing, information technology services, call center operations and staffing services company; President of Ryder International, a $5.2B international provider of logistics and transportation services with operations in Mexico, South America and Europe; and, earlier in his career, as Vice President Sales and Marketing for Xerox Corporation in the U.S. and EMEA.

Riddle has served on public company Boards as a Director for AirNet Systems, Inc., Enterasys Inc., Danka Business Systems, PLC, Norrell Services, Inc. and numerous private boards.

He holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and an MBA in Finance from Emory University. He lives in Atlanta, GA.

Jay is currently Chief Information Officer for the American Cancer Society (ACS), a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the American Cancer Society has more than 900 local offices nationwide and a presence in more than 5,100 communities. Jay is responsible for the people, strategy and operations of the Global Information Technology organization.

Prior to joining ACS in 2012, Jay served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AdCare Health Systems, a rapidly growing and recognized innovator in health care facility management. Jay spent the previous 7 years at AIG (American International Group), most recently as VP and CIO for AIG Aerospace, a leading global aerospace insurer. At AIG, Jay implemented numerous improvements that have delivered substantial value to the organization while managing significant organizational change in a turbulent market environment. In addition to his role as AVP of Information Technology with AIG Personal Lines, Jay was selected as CFO for Operations and Systems in 2006 and led multiple global IT Finance and Governance Standards initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in savings for the organization.

Jay continues to be a thought leader in the Information Technology arena and is a frequent guest speaker and panelist, both in Atlanta and Nationwide. In recognition of his accomplishments, Jay was selected as Georgia CIO of the Year in 2011, and is currently serving as Chair for the Georgia CIO Leadership Association. His commitment and dedication to community involvement is evidenced by the time and energy he contributes. In 2007, he founded the non-profit group, Priscilla’s Promise, in honor of his late wife, which raises funds for cervical cancer education and research, and currently serves as its Executive Director. In 2011 he was elected to the Board of Directors for TechBridge, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization which helps other nonprofits use technology to improve their capability to serve the community, and in 2013 was named Board Chair.

Jay earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Georgia. Jay continues to be involved with his alma mater, both as a mentor for young alumni and as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for the Terry College of Business.
