Chelsea is a Digital Strategist at JWT Atlanta who leads the strategic vision across multiple agency clients including the U.S. Marine Corps, Transamerica, U.S. Virgin Islands, Shell and SCANA Energy. Prior to JWT, Chelsea worked at Newell Rubbermaid on the Corporate e-Business & Interactive Marketing team performing market research and digital analysis for global brands such as Sharpie, Calphalon, Goody and Dymo. Chelsea is a key member of the Atlanta digital community and for the last five years has been a key player in organizing the Southeast’s largest and longest running digital conference of its kind called SouthWiRED (formerly known as Digital Atlanta). Chelsea is currently the Director of Marketing for SouthWiRED and she leads all social and digital marketing efforts for the conference.

Nead Werx was named the 2012 Co-op Employer of the Year by the Georgia Tech Division of Professional Practice, and was named one of Atlanta’s top 45 best and brightest companies to work for that same year. Nick Graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2002 with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and lives in East Point with his wife Candi. Nick is a member of the Atlanta Technology Angels and sits on the Board of Directors of several Atlanta organizations.

Will McGinnis (Analytics Engineer) was the first employee at Predikto Analytics. With both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, and previous experience in process engineering, DoD Labratory research, quantitative finance, and software development, Will has the real world engineering experience to inform the data science with knowledge of the mechanical processes themselves. Will’s research background lies in predicting service life of military hardware in varied battlefield environments which effect the wear rates, and in the design of satellite control systems. Now at Predikto, Will serves in both a technical role, developing software and predictive models, and a client facing role, helping to bridge the gap between practicing engineers and the data scientists at Predikto.

Jay is currently Chief Information Officer for the American Cancer Society (ACS), a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, the American Cancer Society has more than 900 local offices nationwide and a presence in more than 5,100 communities. Jay is responsible for the people, strategy and operations of the Global Information Technology organization.

Prior to joining ACS in 2012, Jay served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AdCare Health Systems, a rapidly growing and recognized innovator in health care facility management. Jay spent the previous 7 years at AIG (American International Group), most recently as VP and CIO for AIG Aerospace, a leading global aerospace insurer. At AIG, Jay implemented numerous improvements that have delivered substantial value to the organization while managing significant organizational change in a turbulent market environment. In addition to his role as AVP of Information Technology with AIG Personal Lines, Jay was selected as CFO for Operations and Systems in 2006 and led multiple global IT Finance and Governance Standards initiatives that resulted in millions of dollars in savings for the organization.

Jay continues to be a thought leader in the Information Technology arena and is a frequent guest speaker and panelist, both in Atlanta and Nationwide. In recognition of his accomplishments, Jay was selected as Georgia CIO of the Year in 2011, and is currently serving as Chair for the Georgia CIO Leadership Association.

His commitment and dedication to community involvement is evidenced by the time and energy he contributes. In 2007, he founded the non-profit group, Priscilla’s Promise, in honor of his late wife, which raises funds for cervical cancer education and research, and currently serves as its Executive Director. In 2011 he was elected to the Board of Directors for TechBridge, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization which helps other nonprofits use technology to improve their capability to serve the community, and in 2013 was named Board Chair.

Jay earned both his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Georgia. Jay continues to be involved with his alma mater, both as a mentor for young alumni and as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for the Terry College of Business.

Jay lives in the Metro Atlanta Area with his 3 sons: Trey, Connor and Alex.

Lee W. Crump is the CIO and Group Vice President of Business Support for Rollins, Inc. Rollins, based in Atlanta, has annual revenues of over $1.3 billion and is the parent company of Orkin Pest Control, and other well-known pest control companies. Prior to joining Rollins in 2009 Crump spent ten years as the CIO of the largest and most profitable ServiceMaster subsidiary based in Memphis, TN. In 2012 Crump was named Georgia CIO of the Year (Global Division) by the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA).

In his current capacity, he manages a team of 150 professionals and is responsible for all Information Technology (IT) and Program Management (PMO).

Mr. Crump holds the PMP credential from the Project Management Institute and has a long track record of successfully delivering major systems implementations. He served as the Six Sigma Executive Deployment Champion in his previous role with ServiceMaster. He has spent over 35 years in IT, equally divided between IT Executive Management and Business Consulting.

Mr. Crump serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Georgia Junior Achievement, Year-Up Atlanta, and CHRIS Kids. He serves on the Advisory Boards of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA) where he is Vice Chair of Programs, the Association of Telecommunications Professionals (ATP), and the Sprint CIO Advisory Board. He is a volunteer and mentor for Pathbuilders Achieva and Year-Up Atlanta, where in 2013 he received the Year-Up Urban Empowerment Award.

He is a member of American Mensa, the Georgia CIO Leadership Association (GCLA), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Technology Association of Georgia, (TAG), and the Society of Information Managers (SIM).
